Website Performance Test
Prima recently completed performance and stress testing for a large Australian Government body.
Our testing resulted in configuration alterations which significantly improved the organisation's extranet average response time and increased the total maximum load capacity.
How?
Automated test scripts were produced to simulate a sequence of typical user transactions. These user transactions were classified according to frequency and complexity.
In consultation with the client we determined the typical combination of user transactions that would need to be simulated.
Test simulations were run over a period of time and results compiled for the forecasted average number of users.
After initial results were determined, the system was reconfigured and the tests run again.
Tuning of the system configuration resulted in a significantly improved average response time and improved total maximum load capacity.
